Zearalenone test strip
The Zearalenone (ZEN) rapid detection test strip has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, and is suitable for on-site large-scale sample detection. The test strip contains antigens pre fixed in the nitrocellulose membrane testing area (T) and I antibodies in the control area (C). The gold labeled antibody in the micropores was dissolved in the sample and incubated at room temperature for 3 minutes. The test strip was inserted into the gold labeled micropores and reacted for 5 minutes. Compare the color depth of T and C zones to determine the interpretation results. Regardless of the presence or absence of zearalenone in the sample, a purple red band will appear in zone C.
