Melamine (MEL) rapid detection test strips have the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, making them suitable for on-site large-scale sample detection. The test strip contains antigens pre fixed in the nitrocellulose membrane test area (T) and II antibodies in the control area (C). After the gold labeled antibodies in the micropores were dissolved in milk, they were incubated at 50 ℃ for 3 minutes. The test strip was inserted into the gold labeled micropores and reacted for 5 minutes. The results were compared based on the color intensity of the T and C zones. Regardless of the presence or absence of melamine in the sample, a purple red band will appear in the C region.
