Product principle
The rapid detection strip of erythromycin applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During the flow process, erythromycin in the sample binds to a colloidal gold labeled specific erythromycin monoclonal antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the erythromycin BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line.
