After the gold labeled antibodies in the micropores were dissolved in milk, they were incubated at 50 ℃ for 3 minutes. The test strip was inserted into the gold labeled micropores and reacted for 5 minutes. Determine the result based on the color contrast between Zone T and Zone C.
