Chloramphenicol (CAP) is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. It has the advantages of good therapeutic effect and low price, and is widely used in the treatment of various infectious diseases such as livestock and poultry. However, chloramphenicol has been proven to inhibit the hematopoietic function of the human bone marrow, leading to aplastic anemia and granular white blood cell deficiency. According to Announcement No. 235 of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2002, chloramphenicol is a prohibited drug and cannot be detected in animal food. This product is suitable for rapid detection of chloramphenicol drug residues in tissue samples, and has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity.
