Test steps
1) Saliva: Dip an appropriate amount of saliva into the diluent test tube with a cotton swab, stir well and let it stand for 1 minute. The supernatant is the test solution;
2) Serum: Use a straw to absorb serum and add 2-3 drops to the diluent tube, tighten the cap of the bottle, and the solution after thorough mixing is the test solution. If the sample cannot be tested immediately, it should be placed in a refrigerator at 2°C~8°C; if it is stored for a longer time (>24 hours), it should be frozen below -20°C.
3) Place the test strip horizontally, suck up the test solution with a straw, and add 3 drops vertically above the sample hole (1 drop/second). If there is no liquid migration in the test window within 30 seconds, add 1 drop of detection solution.
4) The result will be judged within 5 minutes, and the result will be invalid after 10 minutes.
