Pig blue ear antibody test strip card
Specifications: 20 pieces
Detection method: colloidal gold
Interpretation of results
1. When the color of the T band ≥ the color of the band at the position 1:40 (titer) in the control card, the titer of the PRRS antibody in the sample is higher;
2. When the color of the T band is less than the color of the band at 1:40 (titer) in the control card, the titer of the PRRS antibody in the sample is low, which is not enough to resist the virulent attack of the PRRS virus;
3. There is no obvious color band at T, indicating that the sample may not contain porcine PRRS virus antibody;
4. When the color of the T band is particularly dark, the pigs under inspection may have been infected with a strong virus even if they have been vaccinated.
Scope of use
It is used to quickly screen the titer level of porcine blue ear antibody (PRRS Ab) in pig serum.
