The furazolidone metabolite in the sample binds to the colloidal gold labeled specific monoclonal antibody during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the furazolidone metabolite BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line (T line), resulting in a change in the color depth of the detection line. The entire testing process is simple and fast, and results can be obtained within 50-60 minutes, suitable for various enterprises and testing institutions.
