This rapid test card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography, in which the metabolites of furantoin in the sample bind to specific monoclonal antibodies labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of antibodies to the furantoin metabolite BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line (T line), resulting in changes in the color depth of the detection line. The entire testing process is simple and fast, and results can be obtained within 50-60 minutes, suitable for various enterprises and testing institutions.
