Product principle
The basis of the determination is the reaction between antigens and antibodies. The antibodies are connected to the column, and the sample is extracted, centrifuged, and filtered. It slowly passes through the VB12 immunoaffinity column, where VB12 binds to the antibodies. Then, the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove any other impurities that have not been bound. Wash VB12 with methanol, dry it with nitrogen gas and dissolve it again before injecting it into the analytical instrument for detection.
