After extraction and filtration, the sample slowly passes through the deoxynivalenol immunoaffinity column. In the immunoaffinity column, the endotoxin binds to the antibody, and then the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove any other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Wash deoxynivalenol with methanol, dry and dissolve it with nitrogen gas, and inject it into the analytical instrument for
