Il kit per il test ELISA verde malachite \u00e8 un test immunologico competitivo indiretto marcato con enzimi. L'antigene verde malachite \u00e8 prerivestito sui pozzetti. L'antigene prerivestito compete con l'anticorpo verde malachite (soluzione anticorpale) con il verde malachite nel campione, l'anticorpo anti-verde malachite si lega al coniugato enzima verde malachite-HRP. Quindi pipettare le soluzioni di substrato nei pozzetti per convertire il colore.<\/p>
