La bandelette de d\u00e9tection rapide de l'aflatoxine M1 applique le principe de l'immunochromatographie par inhibition comp\u00e9titive.   3. Retirez le trou dor\u00e9 et la bandelette de test et posez-les \u00e0 plat sur la table\u00a0;<\/li>
  4. Aspirez 200 \u03bcL d'\u00e9chantillon test\u00e9 et ajoutez-le lentement au trou d'or rouge violac\u00e9. Tapotez lentement 3 \u00e0 5 fois jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit compl\u00e8tement dissous et faites-le incuber dans un incubateur en m\u00e9tal \u00e0 45\u00b0 pendant 3 minutes. Ins\u00e9rez ensuite la bandelette de test dans le trou pour d\u00e9marrer le chronom\u00e9trage\u00a0;<\/li>
  5. Les r\u00e9sultats doivent \u00eatre lus dans les 6 \u00e0 8 minutes. L'interpr\u00e9tation des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 d'autres moments est invalide. Le tampon sous l'\u00e9chantillon doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9 lors de la lecture des r\u00e9sultats pour \u00e9viter d'affecter l'exactitude des r\u00e9sultats.<\/li><\/ol>
