L'antig\u00e8ne pr\u00e9enrob\u00e9 concurrence l'anticorps du m\u00e9tabolite de la furaciline (solution d'anticorps) avec le m\u00e9tabolite de la furaciline dans l'\u00e9chantillon, l'anticorps du m\u00e9tabolite de la furaciline se lie au conjugu\u00e9 enzymatique du m\u00e9tabolite de la furaciline.
