AFB1&ZEN&T-2 3 in 1 Immunoaffinity Column
This immunoaffinity column can simultaneously adsorb aflatoxin B1 (AFTB1), zearalenone (ZEN), and T-2 toxin (T-2) has a highly targeted purification effect on the above three toxins, and the purified sample solution after column purification can be used for LC-MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis.
Product principle
The basis of the determination is antigen antibody reaction, where the antibodies of the three toxins are simultaneously connected in the column. After extraction and filtration, the sample slowly passes through the immunoaffinity column, where the endotoxin in the column binds to the corresponding antibody. Then, the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove any other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Wash the toxin with methanol and inject it into the analytical instrument for detection.
