Aflatoxin M1 Immunoaffinity Column
The immunoaffinity column can selectively adsorb Aflatoxin M1 in the sample solution, thereby providing a highly targeted purification effect on the sample. The purified sample solution can be directly used for HPLC analysis.

Aflatoxin M1 is a hydroxylated metabolite of Aflatoxin B1 and a potent carcinogen. Milk and its products are susceptible to contamination by Aflatoxin M1.
Product principle
The basis of the determination is antigen antibody reaction, where the antibody is connected to the column. After centrifugation and defatting, the sample slowly passes through the Aflatoxin M1 immunoaffinity column, where the endotoxin binds to the antibody. Afterwards, the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove any other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Wash Aflatoxin M1 with methanol and inject it into the analytical instrument for detection.
