Aflatoxin Total Immunoaffinity Column

The immunoaffinity column can selectively adsorb Aflatoxin in the sample solution, thereby providing a highly targeted purification effect on the sample. The purified sample solution after passing through the column can be directly used for HPLC analysis or detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer after treatment. The use of affinity columns in combination with HPLC or fluorescence spectrophotometer can achieve rapid determination, improve signal-to-noise ratio, and enhance the accuracy of detection methods.

Product overview

Aflatoxins are toxic metabolites of a class of fungi, such as Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, which have strong carcinogenicity and are mainly present in grains, peanuts, nuts, cottonseed, feed, vegetable oils, animal tissues, and blood. Among them, Aflatoxin B1 (AFT B1) ranks first in terms of toxicity, carcinogenicity, and pollution frequency.

Product principle

The basis of the determination is antigen antibody reaction, where the antibody is connected to the column. The Aflatoxin in the sample is extracted, filtered, diluted, and then slowly passed through the Aflatoxin immunoaffinity column. In the immunoaffinity column, the endotoxin binds to the antibody, and then the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove any other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Wash the Aflatoxin with methanol and inject it into the analytical instrument for detection.
