The annual food sampling and testing plan of the State Administration for Market Regulation of China covers key conventional indicators such as aflatoxin, benzo [a] pyrene, zearalenone, plasticizers, heavy metals, etc., comprehensively ensuring the food safety of the public. However, these methods still have many shortcomings in terms of detection efficiency, accuracy, and stability.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember8781\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In this context, the magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay method, which is known as the gold standard in medical testing, has begun to demonstrate its unique advantages in edible oil detection. The characteristics of not requiring complex preprocessing and direct sampling make the detection process simpler and faster, greatly improving detection efficiency.
