Product principle
Heparin immunoaffinity column can specifically purify lactoferrin in samples. After sample pre-treatment, lactoferrin is purified through immunoaffinity column, which specifically adsorbs onto the affinity column. Impurities on the immunoaffinity column are removed with eluent, and lactoferrin is separated from the affinity column using eluent. Finally, the eluent is injected into HPLC or LC-MS for determination.
