Canine Coronavirus Test Card
The canine coronavirus detection test strip uses colloidal gold immunochromatography. The canine coronavirus antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the canine coronavirus antibody-labeled immunocolloidal gold works together to detect the canine coronavirus in the sample.
During detection, if the sample contains canine coronavirus, the T line will show a red color band; if the sample does not contain canine coronavirus, the T line will not show a red color band. The C line shows a red band regardless of whether the sample contains canine coronavirus
