Canine parainfluenza virus test strips
Canine parainfluenza virus detection test strip adopts colloidal gold immunochromatography method. The canine parainfluenza antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the colloidal gold antibody labeled with the canine parainfluenza antibody is used to detect the canine parainfluenza virus in the sample.
Test steps
1) Return unopened test strips and samples to room temperature
(20~25°C)
2) When testing, the test strip is placed horizontally. 3) First take 1 drop of serum with a straw, and drop it vertically into the sample hole
Add 2 drops of diluent to the sample hole with a drop bottle. If there is no liquid migration in the test window within 30 seconds, add 1 drop of diluent
4) The result will be judged within 10 minutes, and the result will be invalid after 15 minutes
