Canine Brucella antibody test strips
The Brucella Ab test strip uses colloidal gold immunochromatographic technology. The specific Brucella canis antigen is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane, and it works together with the antibody-labeled immunocolloidal gold to detect the Brucella canis antibody in the sample.
Test steps
1) Return unopened test strips and samples to room temperature
(20~25°C)
2) When testing, the test strip is placed horizontally. 3) First take 1 drop of serum with a straw, and drop it vertically into the sample hole
Add 2 drops of diluent to the sample hole with a drop bottle. If there is no liquid migration in the test window within 30 seconds, add 1 drop of diluent
4) The result will be judged within 10 minutes, and the result will be invalid after 15 minutes
