Test steps
1) Return unopened test strips and samples to room temperature
(20°C~25°C)
2) Dip an appropriate amount of fresh feces with a cotton swab, immerse in the diluent tube, stir well and let it stand for 1 minute. The supernatant is the test solution. If the sample cannot be tested immediately, it should be placed in a refrigerator at 2 ° C ~ 8 ° C; if it is stored for a longer time
(>24 hours), should be frozen below – 20°C.
3) Place the test strip horizontally, suck up the test solution with a straw, and add 3 drops vertically above the sample hole (1 drop/second). If there is no liquid migration in the test window within 30 seconds, add 1 drop of detection solution
4) The result will be judged within 5 minutes, and the result will be invalid after 10 minutes.
