About
This kit is suitable for the qualitative detection of residual isoprocarb in fresh cucumber samples. Isoprocarb is a contact-type quick-acting pesticide and is a highly toxic pesticide. It is mainly used to control rice planthoppers, rice cicadas and other pests on rice, some fruit trees and crops. Toxic to bees and fish. High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry can be used for residue determination due to its high selectivity and simple handling. Compared with HPLC methods, our kit has considerable advantages in terms of sensitivity, detection limit, technical equipment and time requirements.
Sample preparations
(1)Before testing, the samples should be returned to room temperature (20-30°C). Take a fresh sample, wipe off the soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1cm square
(2) Weigh 1.00+0.05g sample into 15mL. Add 8ml of extraction solution to a polystyrene centrifuge tube, cover it, shake it up and down manually for 30s, and let it stand for 1min. The supernatant is the sample to be tested.
